This happens to be one of my favourite series of games. Literally just ordered Shadow dragon and can't wait for New mystery of the Emblem. I was just wondering of there are any other die hard Fire Emblem fans such as me and if so, what games are their favourites, who are their favourite units, what sort of tactics do they employ and so on. Recently i have been playing Fire Emblem (original) and Sacred stones. Getting back into the swing of things ready for Shadow Dragon. Suddenly started using archers and their upgrade, Snipers. Kind of odd given that i used to hate them both and be a more mage focused player. |

You know what I was just thinking the other day that we don't have a Fire Emblem thread ;) I also love Fire Emblem with a passion :x in fact it is a tradition for me and my younger bro to play Fir Emblem everytime we go away for summer holiday ^_^ It's a pretty neat tradition. I'm not sure what my favourite game in the series is as I love them all though I guess Fire Emblem Blazing Sword is my most played one; I can't tell you how many times I've replayed Lyn's story :p Though I'd say Sacred Stones has my overall favourite soundtrack of the Series no small feat considering how great all the music is in the seires :D I have both Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn which I wasn't as hot on initially (despite loving both) but looking back I realise how great they reallya re and place them high on my list ^_^ Also if you're interested I've started an LP of Sacred Stones on my Youtube channel :) Not the greatest but not too bad I don't think :p Edited by picollo no., Aug 29 2010, 09:39 AM.
