The power in my house goes off every 2-3 months or so because we have a pretty old fuse box thing that just clicks off as it pleases! Everyone in the house pretty much knows what to do when it happens but if it's really bad then my dad has to do something about it,but most of the time it is pretty small and is gone for 4 minutes most! When it does happen i will most likely do the fallowing: 1)Cry about my unsaved or unfinished game i was playing. 2)Get over number one and go on the computer 3)Remember that computers run on electricity after 5 futile attempts to get it to turn on! 4)Give up all hope, curl into a fetal position and cry in the middle of my living room 5)The power comes back on just before i was about to kill myself! 6)Continue whatever it was i was doing! |

If the power goes out, I'll just pull out my phone and fool around with it. For an alternative, I'll likely either play with my handhelds, or I'll simply just go to sleep. It all depends on my mood at the time. |

I don't ever game on my mobile during a power cut, just in case I need the battery power to power the phone. :) I only really game on my mobile if I'm stuck in a waiting room. I only have two games on it, just for passing the time. |

We had a power cut while I was at uni in Baltimore. They blamed the temperature as we had a heatwave about three weeks ago, it was 45 degrees one day! We had no power for around 15 seconds then the generators kicked in :D.. |

I'd probably facebook my shocked reaction at the powercut through Facebook on my mobile, and hope everyone gives a damn. ¬_¬ |

I'd give a damn Shifts. I'd give a damn :x I'd 'Like' the hell out of that status :p A powercut would be a perfect time to apprehend criminals whilst on my vigilante duties so just assume I'm doing that anytime during a powercut :) Edited by picollo no., Jul 28 2010, 04:56 PM.

A new hobby which I'm really getting in to because I love the way it helps me see the world around me and learn my way around and explore places. That's probably what I'd do during a powercut now, seeing as there wouldn't be much to do indoors. Geocaching. |

Well interestingly...My house is having a unique personal power cut. Due to my dad rewiring, we have found out that our house in terms of wiring was the antichrist, some bloody cowboy job. So since my dad started rewiring only 75% of the first floor has power, only got lights on the second floor and the third floor has full power. Sadly in the 25% of the unpowered first floor is our boiler meaning we can't have hot showers. Due to my room being on the second floor i have relocated to the guest room on the 3rd floor. |
