Been searching the internet and found this little present:
Zelda Art

Looks like Nintendo are sticking to the more grown-up style of art found in Twilight Princess so it doesn't look like they're selling out the series to the casual market.

Also in a recent interview with Miyamoto it seems as if Link will not be wielding a sword in this adventure, which brings further questions to the mystery thing on it's back. The head looks strangley like the Zora's found in TP

Interview

I don't think that's something on his back, I think it's someone, maybe a spirit, standing behind him.

No sword, eh? Maybe he'll get a spear, or an axe. :p Or perhaps he'll have a magic glove thing which enables him to wipe out foes with his fists...

Until I read the interview I just thought they were standing back to back and the sword was hidden by this mysterious character.

There are some theories that the mysterious figure is actually the fairy queen from Wind Waker (you know the very young one) and that she can transform to make other weapons. Another theory is that she is the master sword. This is because her head looks like the tip of the master swords played and the jewel on her chest is similar to the one found on the hilt of the master sword :D This is of course all theory :p

Also note that Link is right-handed in this image. Also this may just be coincidence but he has the same parting in his hair as Link did in Ocarina of Time.

I really hope it's not coincidence. That Link was the best! ^_^ Even to this day I still wonder what happened after Majora's Mask. Did he keep searching for Navi until he died of old age, or what? :p

Maybe the other person is Navi transformed? XD Maybe she got upgraded somehow and became the fairy queen that is in Wind Waker? ;)

Though the thing is the concept art implies that this link is canonologically right handed whilst the one in OoT and MM like all the other Links were all left-handed. Plus I have my theories of what happened to Link after MM.

Well there's always the dual-timeline theory, which states that it occurs in a different timeline to the latter events of OoT, one in which Hyrule isn't flooded, which seems to be what they're following...

The Internet told me I wasnt good enough so I hung myself D:
I think that Link hits the enemies with the spirit and uses the shield as a long ranged weapon, throwing it like a frisbee...

So that would mean it is following the timeline where Link goes back in time to his childhood at the end of OoT and triggers the events of Majora's Mask, which means it is possibly the same Link (except him being right handed makes it less likely). Also if it is set a generation before Twilight Princess it is unlikely Link would have use of the Master Sword.

well there is one thing for sure that this new spirit/master sword morphing thing is links new companion just like Navi in OoT and Midna in TP

My theory is that Ganondorf is up to his no good tricks , and trying to get his power you had to take it from all the people from this new fancy spirit world.During this proses this NEW 'Navi' (i'm just going to call her that for now) gets her powers drained thrown away into links world , finds link asks for help to 'Restore the balance' and in return will turn into some fancy new weapon/tools every time that they get some sort of , Magical sphere that will restore her powers to turn into new things....

OR...

That is Zelda in disguise , that will help him in some sort of way...

It pretty much is but with Midna swapped with "Navi". I don't want "Navi again because she'll keep telling us what to do. Bossy bitch.

Not sure if anyones noticed but it looks like Link is entering a portal of some sorts. Perhaps there is some new world Link will be travelling to and from in his adventure.

I personally preferred Navi to Midna because Midna was worse than a bossy bitch, she was a manipulative bitch, and that pissed me off during the game.

It does kinda' look like a portal. Or a waterfall of lava! :p

But Midna did come good at the end when you needed her.

Um...isn't that just the plot of Twilight Princess?...

God Damne you Mr.admin you are like the Chuck Norris of seeing throng my crappy plot lines :suss:

Anyway i thought it looked like he was walking into the fire temple or something.I also found that if you look at the figure upside down there dress/cloak kind of looks like those two sticky-outy bit of the Master sword's hilt....kind of , and the cloak is also attached to the head as if it is a mask-cloak combo.

Midna does become good at the end if I dare could say good looking :shades: (lol). Midna was a bit very manipulative and Navi was very bossy and annoying but that is the way of most female sidekicks in The Legend of Zelda. It sort of adds character , would you remember Navi if she kept her mouth shut , only talked during cut-scenes and ASKED for you to do stuff , would you remember her for that ? I think not!
