Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and Golden Sun DS look good. Nothing good for the Wii. |

I think reception to this year's conference has broadly been "Ah, okay, that's pretty cool". Not the 2006 OMGAWEZOME or the 2007/8 "Can they get any worse?", but still, pretty good... |

Oh and don't you think that 'Kind Code' thing Nintendo have patented seems a bit stupid? Surely people who need their hands held through Nintendo's games, that are fairly simple anyway, shouldn't be playing them at all... Then again if it could get more people into 'hardcore' games, it could mean they start to become more important to Nintendo again. Or, it could mean they start watering down the 'hardcore' games for the new audience... |

I think we are expecting too much from them and ZOMGAWEZOME won't be happenign because they are more concentrated on their wider audience, but this does not mean they aren't working for the hardcore. They just seem to make less of a deal about it, but does that matter? We all find out about it anyway and the big conference is the best way for them to get out their casual products. So long as a stream of strong games comes out I have no problems, last year we had animal crossing... The year before that there were a few nintendo products. In the next year we have 5+ and some decent third party support for once. |

Wow, Konami have revealed that as rumoured, Lords of Shadow is now a Castlevania game, and overseen by Ayami Kojima (not IGA). Apparently it's going to "deliver something special that will meet our expectations about what a 3D Castlevania should be." 2010 release. Can't wait, I'll get a 360 if this is any good. Apparently it's a new start for Castlevania - possibly forgetting the canon established over 25 years? Well it was becoming a bit ridiculous and overpopulated, so I guess a fresh start is good. After IGA's recent efforts, latest being Castlevania Judgement, Konami must have decided that IGA's vision was no longer their own vision for the series. If so, his his SotN sequel can't be happening anymore. Shame we can't see the final battle of 1999 to finish things up, but why add one more game to a series you think has had enough and needs revamping, eh? |

Indeed I have, as soon as the conference ended. :p Love the voice acting and beautiful settings. Much more vibrant and colourful than the previous two 3D efforts directed by IGA. Hopefully the new start won't mean that we don't see any new 2D Castlevanias though... |

Don't expect to see it for a while though, Kojima is involved so he has to drip feed you information. Maybe a letter of the main enemies name each month, D...R...A...C...U...L...A. Of course there will be some fool who still trys to claim it has a further meaning when actually it is pretty self explanatory, Kojima loves torturing people :p |

Though that is an improvement on IGA's methods of revealing games, whereby he tends to spoil most of the bosses by putting them in the trailers. And we don't really know whether IGA is in or out - he could still be directing 2D Castlevanias, and the SotN sequel he teased earlier this year. Still, I really want more information on exactly where they're taking the series. |

What i am trying to comprehend in my mind is ho much different Sony's new light on a stick remote is compared to the wii mote ? like if you put Sony's light on a stick behind you back it won't know where it is but if you put the wii mote behind you back it will know where it is (not pointing at the screen though) . Although you can see your self holding Sony's new mounted light sphere on the screen...hummm...oh well natal looks good ^_^ |
