Psst, you just lost the game.

Title : Metroid Fusion
Console : GBA
Players : 1
Linkability? : Yes, with Metroid Prime
Reviewer : Blaze! :D

Metroid Fusion is another Side Scroller in the amazing Metroid Series. You play as Samus who is infected with the mysterious X virus. She is infected and soon falls unconscious. She is saved yet again by the Metroids. This time by a Metroid vaccine. It wipes out the X in her DNA and she has most of her Power suit physically removed. She now has a different appearance and a new suit. The Fusion suit.

She is directed through this game by a computer which reminds her of her old boss. She therefore names the computer after him. It's name is now Adam. Adam used to call her "Lady" and from anyone else it would be rude but she didn't mind. The computer is suspicious and there are occasional scenes where the computer is talking to someone. Samus also has a "clone" in this game. An X-Clone. Adam names it the SA-X. Meaning Samus Aran X. This is her fully suited up form (Minus the gravity suit). The SA-X is like Samus but pupiless.

Later in the game Samus sees a Metroid breeding lab in the space stations. Samus gets ticked and sees the SA-X there so blows it up. She thinks the SA-X is gone, but no. At the end she beats the SA-X but before she can absorb it, it floats away. Then Samus attacks the Omega Metroid.

She gets hit and then the SA-X comes to beat it. It fails so Samus absorbs it. Geting all her power ups back. Then you defeat the Omega Metroid. This is one of the great bosses of the game. At the end of the game, Samus looks like this.

The linking function links with metroid prime. It allows you to use the Fusion Suit in Prime. It looks cool. Posted Image
Doesn't that look cool? :D

The map is pretty much like Metroid Zero mission. Looking like this. Posted Image
The sounds are quite good. Some of them are annoying. The music fits perfectly and overall this is a good game. The graphics look like Metroid Zero Mission as well. Posted Image (Samus in her Gravity Fusion Suit.)

Sounds : 9
Gameplay : 10
Multiplayer : N/A
Overall Rating : 9.5
