But it is nothing to do with Nintendo but a website promising them for delivery before Xmas. A site called Ozone Electronics, which is now closes has shamelessly conned people into saying they had the hard to get console in time for Xmas. The truth, they run of with the money and closed down leaving many people without a Wii and out of pocket.
Nintendo have said they have no record of selling any consoles to this company. The owners of Ozone have run off as well.

just watched that and I think its unfair for people to lose out on cash for scams like this.
