I only play simple puzzle games on my PC...even though it's pretty high end.Games like Minefield or variations of Tetris.I couldn't be bothered having to load and boot up a game on a PC when if I want to play a "proper" game I can just pop one into a console and play instantly.

i like playing strategy games on the PC. they are much better than any other strategy games on consoles (apart from fire emblem)

yeah me neither although its not as if its not any good, its just that i prefer easier to use controllers and stuff.

I play Unreal Tournament regularly and often play on AoE.

Personaly I think PC game are pointlessly bad.

I play Worms World Party on my PC loads, I love it. It's easily the best worms game available at the moment.

I would rather spend my time on the net or playing my ds or my wii. PC games are boring. :|

PC gaming owns that damned Wii! 1 online game ¬_¬ And that's Mario Football, not even a good game!

Gaming isn't all about online ¬_¬ Both systems have their strengths and weaknesses. Personally, I prefer playing on the PC because internet gaming is generally free, easy to set up, and the games are much cheaper. However, I prefer console games because gamepads own keyboards, and you don't have to install anything.

The problem in my house is the PC specs. My mum's laptop is unsuitable for video games full stop. The PC has a nice graphics and video and sound card, and it's got a relatively fast (3.6ghz) processor, but it's got crappy RAM (only 512mb). My laptop has an average processor (1.6ghz), but it falls just under the 1.8 required by most games. It also has good graphics sound and video. However, it has 1gb of RAM. We're going to upgrade our PC though, add more RAM to it. Then I can go back to playing The Sims 2 ^_^...

You don't need to upgrade that ram, but Sims 2?! Get a more useful game like Battlefield 2142 or Command and conquer 3, I could go on for hours of course :p

Tis a good laugh, but the online play isn't really much. I reallly like Unreal Tournament. Erm, btw, if anybody is into that game, my xfire account is kryptonmon (sorta a superman/digimon rip-off) :p

I had the '04 demo, quite like it, but I'm waiting for Unreal Tournament 3 now :p Might get the demo to play for a while though and I'll kill you on that :D

EDIT: Just started d/l now actually, internet is really slow tonight though. My favourite UT is still the original. :p

Depends what game it is really...
Computer controls can't be beaten in FPS's and Strategy games. I'm guessing Tomb Raider is a 3rd person view? If it is, it'll probably be controlled by the mouse, but anyway, a pc games controls are what defines the games! Of course, unless you've got a game like Grand Theft Auto. But......... :p

although, my best and favourite game of all time is the one proper pc game i own. morrowind. i've had it 4 years. as soon as i've done EVERYTHING, i'll update. till then, my lvl 52 goes around, killing mercilessly and pointlessly. anyone else got this?

internet game wise, i play runescape (raises shield), adventurequest (my guy seems to have levelled himself up a lot by himself whilst i haven't been playing), dragonfable (so much worse than its predecessor, AQ), a little game called tank ball (awesome. simply awesome) i like WoW, but i'm not stupid enough to buy it and pay monthly. i just play free at my mates.

i also wish i had internet play for ps2. burnout 3 road rage... *drools*

PC gamers, rejoice! This has got to be the best lin eup in history of gaming! Unreal Tounament 3, Assassins Creed, Crysis, Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, Half Life 2: The Orange Box, Call Of Duty 4. What more could you want? Unless you don't like FPS. :p

I play Battlefield 2142. I love that game.

I play a lot of RTS's on the PC. My favorite being, Medieval Total War 2. I played Runescape a long time ago.

I play that, but I don't go really go online, I like the 'story' more. :p

my pc is unsuitable for games but i've got a new laptop so that might be more adept at the task.

My Username is HeroGlenn-07. I am currently unable to play Battlefield 2142 though. My video card broke. I am using another computer, but it can't run BF2142, so I have to wait until my computer get's fixed.

I;m using a 128 Graphics card anyway right now, I won't play much until I have mine again, I think it's a power problem, I'll soon find out when my new PSU finally arrives, I ordered it around 2 weeks ago now.

Went to Morrisons today and bought a first person shooter...It was £4 so thought why not.Got home and its a great game ! Its called Far Cry and i love it. What a game.Never thought my PC could do PC games that good.

I was gonna buy it when I had an Xbox, for the Xbox. But I didn't.

And I have only one PC game ; The Lord of the Rings : Battle for Middle Earth.

I like to play the original unreal tourney with my friends and I like to play age of empires single player, and of course I love feeding my addiction to guild wars :D
