For me it would be Ocarina of Time's final boss fight. It was truly epic. Fighting Ganon was incredibly easy, but It was amazing nonetheless.

When you had to fight gaon the music was just so scary.....On TP i liked the fight with gaon in the feild then the final hit when you stabbed him was just awsome.

When you spin around on one point trying to decide which phantom Ganon is the real one. Which one you have to shoot as he jumps out of the pictures

The first time you time travel in OoT was amazing and never gets boring. Also, in another Master Sword moment, when you get it in TP.

Drawing the Master Sword for the first time on Ocarina of Time and seeing how Link has changed in 7 years. Seeing Adult Link for the first time was great. ^_^

mine was that first amazing fight with vaati in the minish cap. that dude should rightly go down as one of zeldas greatest ever bosses.

Progessing slowly through the relaxing, happy begining. Then watch in awe as [spoiler]Colin and Illia get capured by monsters and watching Link's transformation from Hylian to Wolf.[/spoiler]
Watching Zelda's `flashback`.
Freeing the Eldin Province from Twilight.
Fighting the Moblins on horseback. I really hated them for that!
Going to Hyrule Cstle Town and doing another Horseback Battle
Fight Stallord.
Going to the Western-Style Village and fight more Moblins
Meeting Zant. He creeped me out...

Finishing the first dungeon. If I emember correctly, that took a year when I was new :^0 !
Riding Epona out off Lon Lon Ranch
Finishing the game. I always get emotinal at that part!
Jumping ovethe River at the Gerudo Fortress.
The Spirit Temple.
Developing a fear of Redeads. :(
Developing a fear of the Shdow Temple and Under the Well. :(
Going under the Well with the lights swiched off, slowly walking past a Redead (they won't notice you if you're quiet!) and getting attacked by it as soon as I got my sword out :_| !
Okay the last 3 weren't so enjoyable, that Redead owes me a new pair of pants :_| !

Think the ending sequence of Twilight Princess. It was just so awesome. Mind, Zelda is always filled with great endings :p
