Reasons:

0) The validation post could take place anywhere...
1) If the admin Opinions poll wins then this WILL be the new set-up of those boards.
2) Crossing off 'Other platforms' sub board because the same things can be discussed in the 'Other Games' board. Crossing off the NoE2 The Game board if Dino Dan has officially abandoned the game.
3) I'm not so sure about this one, but as someone said in a poll, it is mainly used by logged out members more than its proper purpose.
4) Crossing off Animal Crossing because until AC Wii comes out it will be of basically no use.
5) Crossing off Starfox as it is very rarely used and could be discussed elsewhere
6) Getting rid of the rap sheets boards because us staff rarely use them and I see minimal use over two boards.

Pokémon Board - Pokémon Gyms (it seems to get a fair bit of use, whereas the others don't. So I saved it, I think it should be a sub board in DS (and later Wii) though.

I know it won't happen, but I think this chunk would be better off if the topics were made in the appropriate console board. Same with the Wi-Fi. Just make the topic in the DS board. It gives the others the acivity they need.

validation board:You seem to find out new members are bots pretty quickly.And some new members might not post in it preventing them from posting on the rest of the forum.


NoE2 the game:If dan has given up on it then it should be deleted.There hasnt been many posts in it at all lately.

Nintendo wifi help board:No posts in there they could just ask in the proper nintendo board if they really needed help.


Star fox board:It could get deleted.Hardly any posts in it.And they could just post in "other games"

I would keep acww board.As when the wii version comes out it could be handy.The staff boards should stay the same.Only staff can see it and it doesnt make a big difference.

Definitely happening: (Well, if Cieran says so =P )

- Staff opinions with sub boards mod opinions and admin opinions, due to poll winning.

- Validation board getting deleted due to the fact that the only thing that board is for is new members to post once to make sure they aren't bots, it has been working well and so it can happen in any board, not just validation board...

- Rap sheet boards because the staff just polled.

Imo the legendary ninty games, all of the boards need to go. and just have one board - "legendary nintyu games" or summat..

Is there a way to make it optional to see certain boards? For instance, I will never use the Pokémon Board. Could there be an option to hide some? As well as actually cleaning them all up.

Dan also mentioned this, a bit like the little plus and minus boxes on windows explorer?

They are basically topics that say why, when and what punishment was given whern someone recieved some warns. But, we scrapped them. :p
