A Zelda like the old 2D ones. I still love the graphics of Link's Awakening and the Oracle games even though they aren't so great anymore. It's the style I like. ;)

I second the vote for Super Smash Bros. on the DS, it just seems so tailored to it.
As for my own ideas I'd quite like a Legend of Dragoon game (or remake) partly because I love RPGs, but mostly because I love the game (don't ask why, as I couldn't possibly explain).

i think smash bros. wouldnt come out for the DS. Its been out for the gamecube and now its coming out for the Wii. That period in between those two games was the point in which a smash bros. game could be made for the DS. That time has now come and gone. The thing is, why release a newer version of something on a older console/handheld? They wouldnt. If there was a release of SSB. on a handheld, it would be the next one in line, not the DS

Pikmin, Doom, Perfect Dark, Soul Blade, Final Fantasy VIII, Kill Bill (Touch screen :D ), Silent Hill, Crash Bandicoot (Original), Breath Of Fire 3, Wipeout, Tekken, Gran Turismo, Oddworld: Abe's Odysee, Driver, Die hard trilogy and the PS1 game I can't remember the title of where you run around killing various people with swords, you can cut down the bamboo, jump down a hole at a building site, kill someone in the sewers, then fight someone with a gun, each kill gets a small cutscene I think, all I can remember though :p
