My brother is on his third DS lite since christmas, he droped his first one on the ground and the power button fell out and the screen smashed and he spilled fanta on the next one. Now he's on his third one, I think it might be a record of the most ds's broken by one person in that lenth on time.

I'm on my second. The screen on my first one filled with dust due to a bad case, so I got another one.

I'm on my 2nd Lite but 3rd DS overall. I have a Phat DS, nothing wrong with it apart from I need a power charger for it because I lost the one I had. Before I lost it I got a White DS Lite at launch, only because I HAD to have it. I got a Black DS Lite just after Xmas because of the amount of times I played ACWW online while charging the DS up it killed the battery life down to about 3 hour. I still use the white one for ACWW (or I would if I still played it) and the Black one for every day gaming. The good thing about 2 DSs is that I can trade freely between my copies of Pokémon Pearl and Diamond without having to use my brother's DS Lite.

I'm on my first Lite at the moment, nothing wrong with my original when I sold it, but I just wanted to upgrade 'cause the Lite rawks. :)

Exactly the same for me, except I have excess cash so didn't need to sell it. All I had to do was go to work for two days and it was mine ^_^...

After all that i feel strange because i have only have one ds.

I am only on my first DS ever. My friend snapped his first one in half in his school bag. His second is a DS Lite.

Before I sold mine, I think I was on my 3rd one, I take care in them, the hinges broke or dead pixels were the problems though...

I had a dead pixel before I even got mine. :(

Yeah, thats what I mean, I don't think I've ever seen anything electrical thats developed a dead pixel after the first time it's been used...

Well I'm on my 4th my first was a phat so I traded it in and got a lite and that got dead pixels so I got another which got a cracked hinge and now I'm on my fourth.

I think me and my bro have dropped ours (one shared normal DS and his DS lite) about 3 times on the shared normal DS and once or not at all with the lite.

I take good care of all my stuff, so im still on my first DS. That being the phat DS ive had since the summer of the year it came out...
