If they, God Forbid, made a Zelda movie I hope its all done in CGI. It would have tons of SFX anyway so why not just make the whole thing on a computer?

Yeah, that'd be much better. FF7: Advent Children was all in CGI and that turned out great. ^_^

Why not just look in the mirror ;) :p. Yeah, it would be CGI. I mean, I've seen some of the fan-made live action ones, and they're never any good. Granted, they don't have a Hollywood budget, but meh...

There lies the problem. Zelda and FF have been considered rivals. With Advent Children already being CGI any Zelda movie doing the same would get ripped to sheds online by funboys saying its ripped of the idea.

Hmm... Maybe. But maybe not. There have been other, non FF, CGI films before, right? There must have been. I don't think it should be considered a rip off of the the idea, it's not like Square have copyrighted CGI movies, is it?

Another thought: Would Link speak in the movie? He never spoke in the games so that the player could mould him into their own version of his personality. Would him speaking ruin that effect or something?

My comment is based on hi stupid funboys can be online, while the likes of us would know how stupid they are being they would still use the internet to rant and rave about Zelda ripping of Advent Children for being CGI, even if Square-enix helped make it!

Link would speak but hopefully not like in that old cartoon (anyone that quotes it will die!).

Problem with CGI films is that they're no longer so spectacular. I mean, it used to be that Pixar, and only Pixar, produced 1 about every 10 years. Now they're 10-a-penny, by any design studio with a couple of months of time and poor script writers! The speciality of CGI has gone...
